Casting: When casting a spell inside of its origin realm (for example: casting an Arcane spell in the Arcane Realm) you do not add a stage to the Energizing State. This is due to the fact that you are within the realm this spell originates from and the Energizing State represents the difficulty of drawing magic directly from the realm while outside of it. You also would ignore the Energizing State (even if at max level) while casting a spell fully inside its origin realm.
Multiple Arcanters: If you have two or more Arcanters in the same party that use the same realm of magic, we suggest adding +4 max stages to the Energizing State to mechanically account for this increase.
Example: The party has two Thaumatechs that both decided to go purely Arcane spells. Normally the Energizing State would go up difficulties and cooldowns after 4 spells are cast from the Arcane Realm; with the update of +4 the max would be 12 spells cast and now the spells become more difficult after 6 spells cast from the same realm rather than after 4.
